Abstract
Indonesia is a country with a high level of earthquake vulnerability because it is located at the meeting point of three active tectonic plates. Bogor Regency is an area with a high potential for earthquakes that needs to be watched, partly because of its proximity to three active earthquake sources, namely the Cimandiri fault, the Baribis fault, the Lembang fault, and the Citarik fault, which are in the Bogor area. Therefore, an evaluation of the performance of earthquake-resistant building structures is necessary to minimize losses and casualties. The research conducted aims to evaluate the performance of the Bogor Regency Zone building structure (UPQ) based on the given earthquake load. This evaluation includes aspects of structural irregularity, base shear force, inter-story drift ratio, and the influence of P-delta effects based on SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019 to compare the results. The seismic load analysis was performed using the response spectrum method. The results of the study show that there is no irregularity in the vertical structure, but there is type 2 horizontal irregularity on all floors. The base shear force in SNI 1726:2019 increased by 43,70% from SNI 1726:2012. In SNI 1726:2019, there was an increase in inter-level deflection with an average of 43,93% for the X direction and 45.95% for the Y direction compared to SNI 1726:2012. The P-delta calculation shows that the structure is stable on each floor based on both SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019.
