Bogor Regency is a region with a high level of disaster vulnerability, such as landslides, floods, and landslides that cause significantly damage, especially in the housing sector. Post-disaster home reconstruction oftenly faces various risks that arises during the planning, procurement, implementation, and supervision stages, which can affect whole completion time. This can hinder the community recovery process and conflict with urgent disaster management needs. The purpose of this study was to identifying and determine the dominant risks and its risk responses that affect the performance of post-disaster home reconstruction time in Bogor Regency. The research was conducted by collecting data through literature studies, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents who were related parties, as well as validation by experts using the Delphi technique. Risk analysis used the Probability Impact Matrix (PIM) to determine dominant risks, and risk responsed were formulated through experts validation. From the analysis results, it is known that there are 2 risks in the very high category and 3 risks in the medium category which are the dominant risks, namely uncertainty weather conditions, difficult access for heavy mobile equipment, heavy rainfall intensity causing erosion at the reconstruction site, difficult to reach project locations and natural disasters that affect the whole construction process.
