Abstract

As a strategic industry, construction has an important role in reducing energy consumption. The reduction in energy use is expected to be onethird of the current total consumption. This aims to support the realization of sustainable development. The best practice of sustainable development is to implement measurable green buildings through green building rating tools. Of course, the implementation of green building rating tools supports the achievement of all construction life cycles. The purpose of this study is to conduct a literature review using VOSviewer comparing LEED and Greenship based on 3D BIM. Mapping with VOSviewer is categorized by journal, publication destination, researcher, keyword, citation, and researcher's country of origin. With publication limits between 2020 until 2025 and the number of publications limited to only 20,000. The results of the study showed that some of the main clusters based on journal publications are Automation in Construction. The main cluster based on country of origin is China. The five main domains related to Greenship and BIM are architectural design, the construction industry, sustainable development, and life cycle. The output of this research is that it can help researchers identify a measurable research gap and set the direction of future research.
