Abstract
This study to analyze the traffic impact (Andalalin) resulting from the construction of cafes and lodgings on Jalan Maguwo, Wonocatur, Bantul, which functions as a secondary collector road. The analysis in this study was conducted to evaluate road performance based on the parameters of capacity, volume, density, speed, degree of saturation, and level of service (LOS). The research methods used included a survey of the existing volume calculation location, capacity calculation based on (PKJI) 2023, DS and LOS analysis, Greeshield graph, and validation using the Vissim application. The results of the study show that the performance of the existing road is at a DS of 0.29 on Saturdays and 0.35 on Tuesdays with a service level of B. The 5-year projection shows an increase in DS on Saturdays to 0.38 and on Tuesdays to 0.43, with the service level in the next 5 years still showing a LOS of B. The Vissim simulation results confirm the accuracy of the model with a GEH value < 5. According to Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 14/PRT/M/2015, secondary collector roads must have a minimum level of service of C. Thus, the performance of the Maguwo road section still meets the established standards. Maintaining optimal performance in the future requires anticipatory mitigation measures such as effective access and parking management.
