Abstract
This study explores the implementation of Islamic psychology values within the work ethic of a psychology faculty in an Islamic higher education institution in Jakarta. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews with a faculty leader and two students, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that values such as trustworthiness (amanah), honesty, responsibility, and integrity are integrated through programs like Baitul Arqam Training and digital-based reporting systems. While this integration fosters a productive and spiritually meaningful environment, challenges such as administrative burnout and infrastructural limitations remain. This research contributes to the discourse on industrial and organizational psychology by demonstrating how spiritual values can be synthesized with modern management
