Abstract

Early adulthood is an important period in an individual's life that is marked by various challenges and changes in life. These challenges include the search for identity, career path, marriage, and other responsibilities that can affect emotional well-being. This study aims to investigate the effect of Muslim religiosity on resilience in early adulthood. The research method used is a literature study to collect and analyze information from various sources, including books, previous studies, and journals. The results of this study indicate that individual resilience is positively influenced by their level of religiosity, which is also related to the individual's ability to control emotions and deal with stress. A deeper understanding of the relationship between religiosity and self-resilience can help in developing strategies to improve individual resilience through a religiosity approach, so that individuals can face life's challenges better.
