Abstract
PT. GGG, as a 3 Kg LPG agent, plays a strategic role in distributing subsidized energy to households and micro-enterprises. However, the company faces complex managerial challenges, including unclear financial management, weak distribution systems, low employee welfare and discipline, as well as poorly maintained infrastructure. These issues have led to serious impacts such as financial losses, delayed distribution, high risk of workplace accidents, and declining trust from partners and consumers. This community service program aims to enhance financial transparency, improve distribution systems, strengthen human resources, upgrade infrastructure, and implement a sustainable business strategy based on the Triple Bottom Line (Profit, People, Planet). The applied method was a participatory approach through preparation, implementation assistance, and monitoring and evaluation stages. The results demonstrated significant improvements, including transparent financial management with positive profits in the first month, smoother distribution without delays or unclaimed allocations at SPPBE, and increased operational productivity through improved facilities and employee discipline. In conclusion, the implementation of a sustainable business strategy has proven effective in improving governance and enhancing the competitiveness of PT. GGG as a professional, safe, and sustainable subsidized energy distribution agent.
