Digitalisasi Administrasi dan Pemantauan Sosial Berbasis Sistem Informasi RT

Seturan is a densely populated area with a high level of mobility, particularly among students and workers. The complexity of social dynamics has increased the demand for a responsive and efficient population administration management system and social supervision. This community service activity aims to develop a digital information system to facilitate resident data recording, administrative letter applications, and the issuance of warning letters through WhatsApp notifications. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) with a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach to ensure active partner involvement. The results of the activity indicate improvements in neighborhood administrative efficiency, strengthened social control, and accelerated document services. This digital system also enables boarding house residents to register independently, apply for letters online, and receive notifications in real time. These findings demonstrate that an information system based on Google Apps Script and WhatsApp Gateway can serve as an applicable digital solution model that is easy to adopt in other densely populated areas
