Abstract
Drought conditions have led to a decline in agricultural productivity. During the dry season, dozens of hectares of land in Giriwoyo District are unplantable. This community service activity aims to overcome drought, maintain soil fertility, and increase tourism potential. The implementation method includes the construction of two submersible wells in Kepek Hamlet and in the Sendang Ratu Kenya spiritual tourism area, improving soil conditions through cocopeat application, composting using Local Microorganisms, and the creation of Jadam Microbial Solution. Activities also include tourism development by creating flower gardens, tourism promotions, and selling processed food products. The results of the activity show that the submersible wells are able to provide irrigation water for 27 farmers with an area of approximately 3 hectares of land, thereby increasing the productivity of crops such as chili, tobacco, and corn. In addition, the well in SRK is used to maintain the fertility of the garden and a 1-hectare fruit orchard planted with 200 mango trees and 50 petai trees. Fruit garden for pioneering new tourist destinations. The application of submersible well technology can be an effective solution for dry land while encouraging the development of agricultural-based tourism in Giriwoyo.
